They have been increasing these trucks over the years to handle a lot of these larger fifth wheels. When shopping pay attention to your specs and you will have no issues.
For that high of towing your RV will need to be a triple axle with no more than 15% pin.

I may be incorrect but, 2 8K axles and 17.5” tires/wheels should easily handle the 5th wheel weight. We had a 36 foot Teton that weighed a little more than that on 2 axles. Many high end 5ers come with two high weight rated axles! memtb
You are correct, but I was not talking about RV capacity.
