Size matters. Going down the highway there is little difference between 35 & 40' with your 3500 truck.
Campsite availability there is a huge difference. Most private CGs can cram the big ones somewhere.
The SP & NP availability is a whole nuther matter. Don't expect easy availability for the big trailer.
It comes down to priorities. Can't have it all in one.
