Don’t get me wrong, I am sure there are PLENTY of small fifth wheels that have a light pin, but thats really light...... stay with a travel trailer
I believe he has 2000 lbs for payload and is deducting 300 lbs for other stuff. So he's working with 1700 lbs as the max for pin. 1300 lbs for pin plus 400 for gear seems doable.
