Haven't measured the angle or amount nose high, it's not a lot, but my rear axle weight is higher than the front by 500 lbs. With the Torflex the only way to equalize them (if the trailer is evenly loaded) is to make the trailer sit level. I will try to load more weight to the front. Yes, the rep at Dexter yesterday told me they do not recommend the lift kit for my axles. No admission, but I think there may be some issues with certain axles under certain conditions using the spacers. Spacers may work with the OP's trailer, but not for more than 2 5/8 to 3 inches.
