Parking lights are the same as tail and running lights which are the same as side markers and taillights. We can each call them something different, but they are the same.Ultimately the OP wants his trailer to look like the tow vehicle headlights are on and he is not stepping on the brakes. So his markers on the top are illuminated as well as the license plate light and taillights (not brake lights
Is he "One of those RV's that lights to light up the campground!" Well he is apparently a camper who likes to turn on his (parking, running, tail, side marker) lights while he is camping. In over 20 years camping I think I've only ever seen one camper disconnected from the tow vehicle with the running lights on.
