They are junk.
Set the 4 outer corners of the bottom of the frame level using a Lazer level. Then attach two of the small Hoppy levels in the "LEVEL" position in a location of your choosing on the side of the RV. Now your rig will always be "LEVEL" by adjusting the RV to the levels.
