Is there a reason for a power Slide to have a parasite power draw? To clarify if the motor is not activated to move slide in or out should it bad consuming power? When I pull the fuse for it the led...

Thanks everyone for replies. The led does go out when the fuse is inserted, but as the fuse is inserted it arcs indicating power is flowing through connection.it seems the led light only comes on when a fuse is blown or removed AND the circuit is under power demand. The slide does not have a remote only manual toggle switch in coach.
