Sorry about you problem. Go on www.safercar.gov and file a complaint. Nothing is going to change until enough complains are filed.
If your rims are rated to 3750 and 110 inflation,install GY G614's. If you need new rims, install 17.5 rims and 215/75R17.5 tires. Which are the same diameter as your ST tires.
