Had blowout on my 5'er. I called Heartland and they refered my to the tire supplier. I told them my story and the short of it was they agreed not only to replace the one blown tire, but they also then offered to pay for 4 new tires. They sent me a check for $500 and I spent additional $$ to buy a set of LT Michelin tires. The same ones that are on my truck.
However, the supplier did state that the tire blew because of improper loading and inflation. I pushed back and demanded that they show me how they came to that conclusion as I am religious about that. They decided to back down and me sign a waiver to never talk about the incident again with them.
GET RID OF THE CHINA BOMBS - - Google the tire. Nothing, not one good comment about the tire. That tells you something.
