Yes if you want the gooseneck and don't have it it's an easy install. B&W GNRK1314 is available at tweets.com for $439.
As Ron has stated the "crossmember" is already in place on the Ram's...that's why I stated it was in an earlier post that if one wanted to go with drop in ball and GN/5er prep package wasn't "in place", you can look underneath the truck and see the crossmember where one can purchase the set up Ron is talking about and it is installed on the crossmember.
