Thanks for the responses guys! No one on the LS/Carriage forum has any answers and those in contact with Quadra say they are working on it.
FYI, this is on a 2014 model which was built and installed after the elimination of the rear sensor.
I do know to start nose high. Generally, the rig is nose high just in order to uncouple. But I always raise the nose more before I start the auto level mode.
A few others on the other forum have installed the toggle switch and say it will auto level then most the time.
I do have bubble levels to see the attitude for both angles. However, after a long trip and especially in the dark is sure is nice to just push one button. Besides, that is what it is designed to do.
