Quality /durability of Shasta Phoenix 5ers? 34RD?

We went shopping again today, to look at some more used units. More musty or doggy smelling ones! So, we decided to look at some new ones. We saw this unit (34RD) and I fell in love with the floor ...

Google says it is a Forest River product out of Elkhart, but I don't recall ever having seen one in the real world.

Somebody out there must know something about them.
