Call and if you are lucky you may get a response.
OK now sit down and document in writing and with documents and pictures. Describe your issue and demand a response to the issue to fix it in a timely manner.
Send it registered mail return receipt.
Copy the dealer and send register mail.
We were denied warranty on a couple of key issues. Warranty guys said it was normal. I documented and sent pictures. Actually had pictures from the first day. Low and behold suddenly they need to take care of it. All of a sudden - all the issues we had been denied were now covered.
Now copy Berkshire Hathaway.
