Recycled Asphalt/ New pad for parking
Anyone have experience with recycled asphalt or concrete/ Making new pad for 5th wheel to sit on. Going to dig out soil and be 4-6 inches deep.

The concrete would be better though more expensive because it doesn't have any give if the ground prep is done correctly.
If you live in a warm climate, the packed asphalt will have give in it resulting in some low spots or dimpling. You would need to distribute the concentrated weight with some sort of pads.
