Recycled Asphalt/ New pad for parking
Anyone have experience with recycled asphalt or concrete/ Making new pad for 5th wheel to sit on. Going to dig out soil and be 4-6 inches deep.

If the used AC pavement has not been conditioned or graded, just stockpiled since ground up, it normally would make for a gravelly type surface material. Just oiled rock. But with some work, the material can be reused as a sub base or even pavement again.
