I haven't had a problem with the current 5er but the last had those 'Micky Mouse' crimp on outlets. The replacements I used were an old work shallow box and a Leviton Decora outlet that looked very much like the originals and available at almost any big box or hardware store. I did have to enlarge the openings but the usual paneling used by OEMs was easy to trim a bit.
