I have the Fold-A-Cover LS purchased in 2004. Three years ago I had to replace the rubber seals that cover the hinges as they had rotten out. Although the manufacturer says that the cover is not waterproof and that some rain water may leak into the bed. this year I noticed that it's leaking way more than it ever has. Also the cover is painted flat black and the paint has faded quite a bit. However the cover is 9 years old. The new model version has a different locking mechanism which should be a vast improvement over what I have(which didn't work that well). All in all, I'd probably go with something else next time.
