We started with a Pace Edwards retractable and it worked well you 15 years. We finally wore it out and replaced it with a ReTrax. It looked great and worked great but apparently the coating on the topside doesn't get along well with bird droppings and we ended up with a fairly large ugly looking spot when we tried to clean it up. Only had it for 2 years and that part was quite disappointing. Overall it was good but still don't like it being wet inside the bed with a hard rain.
