Some of your choices will depend on how much security you wish to add and how much you wish to spend. I purchased an Extang Trifecta (Tir-fold). The cover has a been real good so far. I drove thru 300 miles of down-pour Florida rains back in the spring and my luggae stayed dry as did the entire inside of th bed.
It cost me about $375 installed.
