Rockwood 5th Wheel- suspension?
We’re buying a tiny home that’s been built on a Rockwood 5th wheel trailer for 1991. We’ve been told from one inspection that it has no suspension, and from another that it has Torsion suspension....

Tiny homes tend to be much heavier than your typical 5th wheel. If that frame is not strengthened with other steel I would be surprised if it would last. I would also be surprised if the weight is not too much for the axle ratings.
In other words, I would be asking a lot of questions and requiring documentation of weights, axle ratings, wheel and tire ratings, etc.
