Rockwood 5th Wheel- suspension?
We’re buying a tiny home that’s been built on a Rockwood 5th wheel trailer for 1991. We’ve been told from one inspection that it has no suspension, and from another that it has Torsion suspension....

Torsion suspension, if rated for the load, is a good thing. It would keep the home lower to the ground, and offers a smooth independent ride, in most cases. In any case, leaf springs or torsion type suspension are both easy to recognize.
