If it was in warranty, then Keystone should make it right. If there's no warranty, then it's on you, unfortunately. Might try an insurance claim and see what happens. I'd also be =very= concerned about water intrusion and interior damage. That's something to bring up to your insurance company. The old ounce of prevention...
