Great sales team, prep is mediocre if your picky like me, after the sale warranty service is non-existent and painfully slow. Whatever brand you buy from them, be sure you have a good independent repair center. I have two companies near me, so it's less frustrating. Just as an example, I'm still waiting for my first claim to be paid that I filed through them in May...... After that I've gone through the companies who made the product or an independent shop working with Jayco.
However, at the end of the day this was the compromise I made to save $5k dollars off anyone within two states.
