Coach-man: We are waiting on delivery of a Reflection FW from Grand Design. With our Keystone RV, we had horrible quality problems, and even though I complained to the manufacturer, I never heard back from them.
I ordered some custome upgrades on the Reflection so I had to wait for delivery from the factory. They reached out to me frequently with phone calls and emails to let me know the status of the build and delivery. The regional sales manager explained in detail what they do to ensure quality in every build. To say this impressed me is a real understatement.
