Have a new 2013 Keystone Alpine. Slide outs will not come out. Have done the following:1. Confirmed battery is fully charged (12.2 v)2. Tried another battery - same result3. Plugged into shore power - same result4. Replaced three slide fuses - same result5. Replace two in line fuses - same resultAny one have any further suggestions, other than a warranty call to the dealer.Thanks

Get out your volt meter and confirm voltage where necessary

Got news for ya.... 12.2 volts is only about 50% charged.....Charge the batteries and see if that makes a difference.good luckRon

Have to ask, are you sure that the battery discount switch is turned on. If you had the shore power plugged in the converter should have given enough 12v power to run the slides if the discount is on.

Do you by chance have a remote control module? Have read many posts about problems using the remote controls. Things work in the remote mode with the remote control OR in the manual mode with the switches. But it has to be in the proper mode to work with either. I don't have a remote so don't know the particulars.

What happens when you push the button? Can you hear the pump
running or trying to run? Or is there dead silence?

If you hear it run but no slides are moving...do you have a hydraulic
room selector valve block that maybe someone closed the valves for all the slides?

12.2 volts would be enough to run the pump although it would be slow

Do you have a hydraulic leveling system? If so, is it working? I had a problem with my slides and level-up system. Turns out that the brushes on the hydraulic pump were not engaging the armature to power the pump. Took two different Mobile Techs to finally figure it out.

IF your still under warranty take it to the dealer. Quit fiddling with it your- self. There should be consideration for you from the dealer.
