Someone help please...Progressive Industries EMS-HW50C

I posted on here recently that our electrical system was zapped while we were in a state park. The electric company was replacing ground wires and accidently removed the neutral wire when they pulled...

If this "repairman" knew so much why wasn't the panel wired correctly? I bet he's never seen a Progressive EMS, let alone installed or removed one...The fact that it would have saved your appliances should be all the answer you need.
