I too have 18” to work with and a gas meter to avoid. I routinely park my little 16’ SA TT there without any undue problem. But carefully and slowly. And if I want to get in the door I have to pull it out. So it’s possible, you just need to try it and see how it works for you. Practice makes perfect, you know.
