I personally prefer the Winfield units in conjunction with rotochoks. The stabilizers like the strong arms use a single set screw to hold the forces that are swaying the trailer, Winfield's, on the other hand, use a threaded rod to put pressure on the bar and is much stiffer. IMO, of course.
In looking at all these wonderful aftermarket products and the marketing they have, always realize they can't repeal the laws of physics. It's like the little tripod stabs trying to retard the sway of a 5er without any mechanical advantage or a decent angle to resist the trailer movement.
