strongarms
new to fifth wheeling,someone said to get JT Strongarms to help stabilize my fifth wheel. can someone tell me what these are?

The tubes are just 2 different size pipes. I'm not sure if he is the one that had a detailed write up on making them,but someone on the forum did. Also some have upgraded them with a "T" handle instead of using a wrench to tighten them.
