Sub flooring sealer
Is it ok to seal your sub floor before installing laminate flooring. Or would it be just a water trap if you do have a water leak. I am thinking maybe when a leak does happen the water would be trappe...

I would think that if you fixed the leak.....just put down the underlayment and your laminate. I did the laminate last year.....so much better than carpet.
