I'm not sure how helpful this is but.... GOOD WORK! Love bringing the old back to new. :) Had a very similar experience with our first TT. We bought it knowing it had spongey floor and some issues. Fixed them all up for less than $500.00, including replacing the floor and sold it 3 years later for more than what we paid.
