I looked for the same thing before I bought my fiver, and really didn't find anything at the major rental outlets. My reason for looking was, I didn't know anyone that owned a fiver, and what if my truck broke down and I needed help to get my trailer home? The kind of thing a new owner might worry about. I really didn't find anything commercial that was reassuring.
You can find guys who will move fivers for you. You can even find them on Craigslist or the yellow pages. RV dealers can also probably hook you up with references. I'm not sure why you need this service, but you might even find someone here on RV.net that would help you move your rig in an emergency.
