I need new tires on my vehicle. 2007 Chevrolet HD2500 4x4. My 5th wheel has a 10,600 dry weight and max 15,500. What are the best tires for towing this site 5er? P.S. I only use it 2 or 3 times a ye...

Well I just returned from my trip and I am very disappointed in the AT II's they seemed wishy washy, front and rear swapping, with the pivot point under my seat, I don't recall this feeling with the MT's
At first I thought it was because I added a transflow fuel cell in the bed, but I had the same issue when it was empty.
everything, the weight was all pretty much the same.
I inflated all four to 68psi
the only other difference is I swapped the Chinese 8ply TT with 4 Maxxis 10ply tires.
any thoughts? did I buy the wrong tires? :(
How many miles on the new tires? Also what pressure are you running?
I just put a set on mine and while they felt a little squirmy on the first 100 miles or so after a few heat cycles of long highway driving they firmed right up.
