It is a personal preference. We tried the bi-pod but being full timers it didn't provide what I was looking for and we had to put it up and take it down all the time. If you had it on the old one and liked it why not use it.
Once we installed permanently installed stabilizers 8 years ago & we never looked back. I will say that for our 38' carriage when we added the Big Foot Leveling System, it did improve interior movement so we put our stabilizers back on and could really feel the difference. Hugs, Di
