remember you have to lift the whole trailer fairly level. I had to use my 4 point to do a brake adjustment and take the wheel off. it lifts it no problem but you have to use manual and if you get to much of a lean angle it will stop, so you need to use blocks under your rear to get the height you need. I don't see any issues really, I routinely have tires off the ground when camping in un-level spots, dealer had no concerns about this either as they were the ones who told me you could do it to change a tire or what not.
