What ever you do, do not and I mean do not waste your money on any of the Voltage Dutchmen products. The quality control and customer service is the worst in the industry. Have had my unit now 5 months and not been able to use it all but three daysThe rest of the time it has been sitting at the dealership waiting on parts, that they seem not to have in stock. And all you get is lip service from customer service. Parts are on the way, we shipped them today, they are back ordered from the manufacture. None of which are true. DO NOT BUY A DUTCHMEN VOLTAGE!!!!!!!!

Well, I have had a Voltage 3600 for two years. GREAT outfit. A couple very minor issues, no problem at all. Put over 8,000 miles on it last winter. Love it.ALL mfgrs have problem outfits. You will get the same story by inserting ANY toyhauler name here.

Welcome Pumpco.Dutchmen is OK to deal with but it sounds like you need a new dealer.We like our 2-year old 3950 very much (despite 20 items on the initial warranty list (but we had a good dealer)). We have used it for about 250 days.

Our Voltage is Tops. I agree with Joe... you need a new dealer. We have had no major problems and any minor things were rectified quickly by the dealer. Yes, sometimes we had to wait on parts but usually not longer than a week. We once had to wait over 2 weeks for missing clips for the rear awning. So we picked up the camper from the dealer went camping and returned it when the clips came in. No big deal.If you are not informed yet campers are not like car dealerships. They must get prior approval on warranty work before they touch it. All manufactures are the same. That accounts for most of the delay.Over on the Dutchmen forum everyone raves about their Voltage. Im sorry you got the one built on friday afternoon but sometimes it happens. Ours must have been built a different day as it is worry free with the exception of minor fixes.

Pumpco, sounds like you got a poor dealer and has nothing to do with Dutchmen. Lot's of them around and many satisfied customers. Please rethink your rant.

I also got good response from Dutchman for my warranty issues. Yep I agree you need a new dealer.

I had my Voltage for over two years and have had very little issues with it. Dutchmen has responded very well when ever I contact them. Sorry you are have problems. I also think your dealer is not giving you good service.

Agree with everyone above. We had our warranty issues when we got ours but they were eventually cleared up. Lippert even sent out a rep to fix our slide issues. No issues since. We love our 3795, just wish we could use it more often. Great machines. You need a different dealer.

Try, the customer service line on the Dutchman website, we had issues with ours before we ever picked it up and each time I called or e-mailled thier customer service at Dutchman we got a responce within hours!!

They even sent a Lippert Rep to our dealer to fix some slide-out issues the next day!!

Get on the phone, they will help.
