I posted a question yesterday asking opinions as to which would result in a better way to sell an RV. Got a few replies that I saw, now there is no record of that thread. Not even moved to another area.I understand we cannot sell or post things for sale on here, so I didn't think I was out of bounds by asking.Could any of the Mods please explain what happened?TY.

Sure...ask the moderators. Sometimes threads just vanish for no apparent reason. But they know.......

It certainly wouldn't be the first time for that situation. I think it comes down to the wording of your post. If you simply ask how best to sell an RV, then it is not a problem. But if you ask how to sell your RV and give very specific brand, year, model, floor plan, condition, etc, then it is likely seen as a thinly veiled attempt to solicit offers. I did not read it, so can't comment on that specific post.

I got a post deleted once on a thread here because feeling a little on the persnickety side someone posted some mundane, obvious post and I replied "who cares". Got deleted, my fault for being persnickety but it was just one of those days and I couldn't resist.

I have had posts deleted or modified on here. When asked why the moderators have been very nice explaining why. I have NO issue with the mods on here they are very fair. Unlike the post I mentioned above!!!

I also was not the mod who removed your post but have to say, I think you know exactly why it was taken out. You had two posts removed yesterday - both for the same reason - trying to sell your rig.

Looks to me like you are just trolling for sympathy here or that this is another thinly disguised attempt to do the same thing again.:R

No he is a Ford guy named SmokyWren or close to that. He insisted I was "overweight" with my truck over 15k but within its axle ratings. Finally got the point across that 14k GVWR is a number for licensing and insurance purposes only. Just the same as the F450.
