Water pump
My fresh water tank was filling up when on city water hookup so installed new water pump but its still doing the same thing. I have a 2013 Heartland Landmark fifth wheel.

- ANderson valve is bypassing
- Check your fill valve position if equipped.
- I solved our problem by replacing the divert-er valve. The one you choose for city water or fill the onboard tank. Also found that the original valve was put in backwards.
