Sounds like 1 circuit is not get power.
Just a few things to check...
I'd double check all fuse panels and the 12v disconnect switch for poor connections, blown fuses, etc... Sometimes a fuse looks good but when tested is bad, use a meter.
Also check all connections at the battery for wires not connected properly.
If you do find a wire diagram, please post it, as I've been looking for 1 for a while now...
