I am new to the site, and Im having trouble understanding if the 5th wheel toy hauler information is found in "toy haulers" or the "5th wheels" forums.... also, on another forum, I was told there ...

Yes, eternabond is awesome.
Look in the wheel wells, if there is bracing from the frame up to the bottom of the wheel well, then the trailer is braced properly to avoid "wall sag".

Hopefully the genny runs.
That is no hours and they are notorious to getting the carbs gummed up from not being used.
I run my genny 30 min every month at a minimum. Even when we don't use it.
You may want to pull a few wheels/drums off and check the grease.
Repack and install new seals as necessary.
Easy to do, just takes time.
