Weight in a Thor 38Sg Class C toy hauler

Hey everyone got a question. Ive been pulling a 32 ft bumper pull car hauler behind my Ford F 350 but considering going with Thor 38Sg w the same engine. My question is i see that the Thors can take Up to 1500 hundred Pounds in the garage and my Rzr Weighs 1530lbs. Can i also add a motorcycle ramp that will fit in the receiver that also has a tire to support the weight of the bike or will this be too heavy along with the rzr?
  • HowlinDowlin - need a bit more info. I am not finding a Thor 38SG - can you share the model info? The weight ratings you need to consider are the garage rating as well as the overall capacity of the RV. Over by 30# in the garage probably isn't a deal breaker. But you will be over the suggested limit. Have you actually weighed your RZR or going by manufacture numbers? I ask since most RZRs get modified and may increase your weight. Final question, I am unsure what you are describing about the motorcycle ramp, are you meaning a motorcycle hitch carrier? The hitch rating and the garage ratings are two separate number, but without the specs to know the capacity of the RV it's hard to say if you're within the specs or not. While the Ford V-10 is very capable, just because you do it with the F350 doesn't necessarily mean you can do with with a Class A.
