Yosemite to Napa area.
I pull a 35 5th wheel and want to go to the wine country around Napa. I do not know best route around Frisco or north of it. Any help

This is true. (not sure of the exact restriction) You will probably want to avoid 140 between Yosemite and the 49.
You can take 41 south from Yosemite then 49 west at Oakhurst over to the 140 and then to 99 from there.
