Full Timers with place to "land" aka RV park or Lot?
So in trying to figure out how this works I was thinking it might be a good thing to have a place to "land" every so often like in lower AZ.
I was looking at a couple places. one: Desert Gardens RV Park
9668 N. Hwy 79 | Florence, AZ 85132 They have lots for sale but seem to be a bit in the boonies so to speak but a nice looking place.
another place I was looking at Sunscape RV Resort
1083 E. Sunscape Way Casa Grande, Arizona 85194 is a bit closer to Tucson and Phoenix area..
My thinking was to have a place that could be used in winter if needed and or rented out when not in the area. Say we plan to winter in florida and not AZ.
Was wanting to get info on both place if you know of them, the good and bad and your experience with these type of places, or other place you know of that are in the same cost range,, 12K to 25K with monthly fees around sub 200 dollar range.
have a good one and thanks for the help.
