The best one is Silver Sneakers if you are old enough. They are all over the USA. Used them in AZ two years ago and for 4 mos in Fla this year. The locations vary from state to state but I use YMCA and Any Time Fitness. Some insurance company's charge $16/mo some are free. Before turning 65 I used the YMCA Away Program which allows up to 2 weeks at any participating location across the US.
