I have the same problem. There is no company that covers routine care in both my summer and winter locations.
I talked to one insurance guy who basically advised me to get plans in both states and hope no one catches me. He was not selling either plan.
I haven't done that, but my OOP costs are over 1ok per year. Something's gotta give.
