Proof of residency for insurance

We went full time the beginning of June and updated insurance recently. We received a letter from Wellmark of South Dakota asking for verification of residence. We have been asked to provide
1. "A valid form of id that includes your address"-no problem as we have driver's license, voter registration and automobile insurance
2. "Proof of residency that includes your residential address; for example, a recent property tax statement, property liability/casualty insurance statement, monthly utility statement, or a copy of a signed lease agreement to your residence. These documents must show your physical residential address such as a house, apartment, condominium or other such place where a person resides. A post office box or mail service without a physical address does not establish residency. (Please provide at least one of these documents.)
Not sure what to do about the second requirement. Has anyone else ran into this? What did you do?
