So are you going to leave the breaker panel on the pole permanently, after the shed & house are finished? And if so... will feeding the shed off the pole the way you described be up to code?
Consider putting up the shed quickly, and integrating the panel & 30 amp outlet into the shed itself, without the extra panel on the pole.
