I think where I live we must pay more "at the pump" taxes...cause we sure aren't getting gas at that price. - Same here in NY, pushing $2.50
- Why do we in the western states get screwed at the pump, we are heading towards 3 bucks a gallon..

A cousin of mine that lives in Easley, SC is always bragging of the low prices there. $1.76 at Ingles today.
