$25 Camping World Merchandise Certificate
Dear Marcus, in December 2016 I chose to switch from Coach-net to Good Sam Roadside Assistance. Part of the package was a $25 gift certificate. However we left to go south for the winter ( as we do every year) on 3rd. January 2017. Our Good Sam Roadside Assistance membership package that contained the $25 gift certificate arrived sometime after we had left to go south. In April when we got home I noted that the $25 gift certificate had already expired on 03/31/2017.
This is the second time I have asked if you could be kind enough to send us a replacement gift certificate. I did not receive a reply to my first request but maybe someone in your organization will take the time to respond to our request.
