A complimentary membership! NOW WHAT?

Received a nice package in the mail the other day: "Welcome To The Good Sam Club", you've been selected to receive a complimentary Good Sam Membership. After reading through the literature, I went online to register. I was told my email was already registered. I then proceed to log in and am told my password is no good. I apply to send for my password and am told the email is no good. I've tried several times; even sent an email to the address at the website. Over 24 hours and no response. Not a good sign. To make me feel better about using this "Complimentary Good Sam Membership" respond soon to my email. It is: xxxxxxx@yahoo.com and the membership number is xxxxxxxx.

  • I responded to your email to confirm my email address and received the following: "We are unable to confirm your email address at this time. Please email sso_errors@goodsamfamily.com." I proceeded to try to register again. Still having the same problem. Go to register by putting in my number and email and I'm told I'm already registered. When I go to sign in, my password is no good. When I ask to have it sent to me, I'm told the email is not recognized. FRUSTRATING!!!

    You might want to take out your personal information such as your email and membership number. I'd contact them about this on something other than a public forum. There's been quite a few scammers and spammers on here recently, and who knows what they might do with that info.
